Home is where the film is
I wish I could express how I feel when I see these pictures. To me, they're perfect. Not because they are great quality, not because of their composure, or sharpness or lack of, but rather, they remind me of my story, imperfect and captivating. I remember every moment and what I was doing. I got a 35mm film camera just before going to Ghana just to fall in love with photography again, and these were the first ever images I took on film and I'm overjoyed with the beauty of them. They feel like home, they remind me of home, they are home.
