What does sisterhood mean to you?
When it comes to sisterhood I can't say I've personally experienced what that means within a blood family setting, and it is something I strive to learn about and grow more in everyday. However the one thing I do know, is that even though you may want to do life alone (sometimes it may even feel easier that way), life will always be better, safer, and funner when you have the right sisters around you.
What does that look like in everyday life?
This body of work is to display the beauty in friendship and sisterhood. There will be times where we do things or go through things alone, but the backing of, support and protection of you sisters is what will give you the strength to go on, to empower you and support you. When you see an individual, not do you only see them but them women who have also poured into them. We are community.
