How do I book?
You can send me a form via the 'Contact' page, book a call with me via the book a call page or alternatively send an email at info@giftydzenyo.com.
Do you take deposits?
Yes, in order to have a confirmed booking a deposit is required. If a deposit has not been paid you do not have a secure date and no date will be held.
What is your turnaround time?
Depending on the type of work you will receive your pictures within 2 weeks for general shoots, and 6-8 weeks for weddings unless stated otherwise.
Do you take late notice bookings?
Unfortunately I tend not to take bookings with less than a weeks notice, however please still get in contact to see what can be accommodated.
Do you retouch images?
I do not offer retouching as a service or include it in any given quotes or packages. All edits will be standard edits and retouching can be organised externally with an additional cost per image.
What are your means of communication?
The best way of contacting me is via email only. Whatsapp and Instagram messages are not an efficient way of contacting me.
What is the process of booking?
Once you send the initial email I will contact you to find out more about your enquiry and then book in to have a call with you. If you'd like to proceed in booking an invoice and contract will be send to you. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid your booking will be confirmed along with receipt of payment.
Do you travel?
I love travelling, and would definitely be open to shooting internationally.
Can I use your images?
I would greatly appreciate you getting in contact with me and tell me what you'd like to use my images for and its details.
What do you charge
My rates vary depending on context of each shoot/day. However my rates start from £250.
Shooting durations
I unfortunately no longer offer one hour shooting sessions.
